Your Host, Anna Urwin

Gravity Elopements and Gravity Fishing are run by Anna and Nate. Preferring an intimate ceremony herself, Anna noticed an opportunity to extend their passion for Stewart Island, great food, and a connection with nature to offer couples a memorable and no-fuss experience with Gravity Elopements.

Anna’s calm energy and focus on detail means couples are in safe hands. She has curated a group of professionals that share the same vision, to help make every couples day special.

When not planning and hosting weddings and elopements, you’ll find Anna exploring her greater backyard with Nate and their two young children in Otatara.

Nicole is thrilled to bring her creative energy and earth friendly floristry to enhance the romance and delight Gravity Elopement couples experience.

“I take great joy in being able to share the beauty and bounty of our permaculture farm, Festival Farm, gathering together sustainably grown, stunning blooms into bespoke floral creations that sing of the seasons and reflect the splendor and depth that is your unique love story” ~ Nicole

Nicole sees wonder in the unusual and enjoys using garden grown, wild and non-traditional flora in her designs.

Puckey’s friendly and easy-to-work-with nature is infamous, meaning couples feel relaxed, as photographs and video can be a bit daunting. With a vast range of experience shooting and filming weddings, Puckey’s sharp eye and mind for storytelling means time is well spent.

Wanaka is now home for Puckey, inspired by the mountains and lakes of The Soutern Alps, he describes it as his “vast and never-ending playground”

Gravity chefs have a few things in common. They all have proven excellence in their field, a passion for food and respect for how it’s harvested. Using the best New Zealand ingredients, these chefs know how to transform a fresh catch right before your eyes and create something magical on your plate that will delight your tastebuds.
