As part of our ethical approach to running our food tourism business we follow the seasons as we have always done to target wild food when they are in their prime i.e. highest oil content, best fat content and ultimately best for us to consume as humans!
Scallop Season: 1st October – 14th December.
Hapuka/Groper Season: March – August
